Thank you for making an appointment, which will be confirmed as soon as payment is made.
As spaces are very limited, please make sure that you let us know if you can’t make it, so that we can allocate your place to someone who may be on the waiting list.
1. To secure your appointment, payment is required at time of booking (or by partial for packages only). Payments are required to be paid prior to each appointment, including 'Wellness Support' subscriptions.
2. Any cancellations or rescheduling of appointments must be made prior to 48 hours of next appointment.
3. 50% of pre-payments made may be refunded if appointment cancelled within 24 hours of next appointment.
4. If the appointment is not attended, no refund will be made.
5. Rescheduling of appointments must rebooked within two weeks of original booking.
